Tired from last night...

My head's spinning. Went for the HMC Ball yesterday. I thinked I looked weird when everyone seemed to look their best. Nothing new anyway. I hate make-up since everything about me seems weird when I wear make-up. I look like a real *pondan*. Serious. When I get the pictures developed, then you'll see what I mean. My table had four girls and six guys. Su Tze, Materlline, and Yas all looked stunning. Eddie, Jo Weng, Adrian, Benjamin, Jonathan, and Franz looked as though they were plucked out of some movie. Overall it was quite a fun night. I had shark's fin soup (I had two helpings. I love this dish. It's been a long while, I know) and for the Thousand Layer cake dish, I ate using chopstick (knowing my clumsiness, it is very surprising!) and it didn't drop! Haha...I am weird. And now people know I dislike vegetables. Jonathan asked me: *I wonder how you go to the bathroom*. And I said: *I eat fruits*. Materlline and Yas won a dining voucher for two at the Legend Hotel each in the lucky draw! All of us thought it was more of a conspiracy rather than luck, since the two arrived late and came together. And our table won in the Lucky Table draw. At first, the VIP table won, but they decided to give it to another table, and then our table won. Don't really know what's in it since my goodie bag is with Jo, but they say it's either a bag or a T-shirt. The grand prize was a Sony home theatre set. Mr. Siva did tell us about it, but we thought he was kidding. Turns out he was right. We voted Jo and Materlline as the Ball King and Queen, but they weren't crowned in the end. Went home after that, and my dad was talking about drug pushers, how men are no longer dependable, and how unsafe the world has become.

Dad: *If a man comes up to a girl at a disco, and asks the girl to dance, the girl cannot say NO*.
Me: *I would probably say, "I'm sorry, I'm a lesbian. I hate men, therefore I have no intentions of dancing with you*.
Dad: *You don't ask for trouble. These people will not take NO for an answer, and they will slap you if you say NO to them!*
Me: *That's why I don't want to get married*
Dad: *Not all men are like that. You have to socialise and find the right one!*
Me: *I don't care. I don't want to socialise. I don't want to get married since no one can be trusted, I want to live by myself so that they will not have to tolerate my nonsense, and I don't want to tolerate theirs either!*

I guess it's hard being a girl. Like I tell myself time and time again: *I wish I was a boy*. Then I wouldn't have to endure such painstakingly agonising dramas. And NO, I'm not a lesbian! When we got home, there was a blackout! Not again! It happened last Friday too! *Sighs*...what is TNB doing to us?

Did this while I felt bored one day

It's true, by the way.

This is for Mar! She's bent on finding me a potential boyfriend, because she doesn't want me to end up being alone in life. Mar, do me a favour, will you? Call off the search and don't worry about me. I'll be fine. And I found out that all his 10 goals for Chelsea in the EPL this season were scored with his right foot. And I score my goals with my left foot! Argh...drama, drama, drama! And what's more, he's the Barclays Player of the Month for October! Yay! And read this:

-Lampard scored in Chelsea's 4-1 win over Liverpool at Anfield, bagged two goals in Chelsea's 5-1 victory against Bolton, scored the equaliser in the 1-1 draw at Everton and netted twice in the 4-2 home win over Blackburn Rovers.
His goals helped the champions collect 10 points out of a possible 12 in October, consolidating their position at the top of the Barclays Premiership.
According to the Actim Index, the official ratings system for the Barclays Premiership, the England midfielder is currently the best player in the country.
Hytner added: "Frank is one of the world's top midfielders. He is the Barclays Premiership's top scorer this season, no mean feat for a midfielder, but he also contributes to one of the meanest defences in the country. He's been superb this season."-

Superb, indeed! England playing Argentina tonight. England to win and Frank to score! Hope they win.

*Bluesy* out!
